How do I purchase a plant online?
Proceed to the Online Sales page.  To purchase a plant, hit the 'Add to Cart' button .  A separate shopping cart window will open and will list all of the plants you have selected.  Once you are done shopping, hit the 'Check Out' button.  The next window will require you to input your personal billing and shipping information.  Once complete, click the 'Continue' button.  You will then be taken to the following page where you will enter your credit card information.  All credit card information will be kept confidential.  Follow all  the steps until your order has been confirmed. Your receipt will be sent by email.  High Sierra Nursery will also email you once your plants have been shipped.

Where do you ship from?
All orders are shipped from Brea, CA 92822

Do you ship to Hawaii, Alaska or outside the United States?
No, we can only ship inside the continental United States.

What type of payments do you accept?
We accept credit cards both online and over the phone.

How do I pay with a check?
Add your selections to the shopping cart.  Proceed to checkout, fill in your name and address, print and mail that form with your payment.

What is the shipping time?
Orders are sent out within 1 to 5 business days.  Orders are sent priority mail and usually arrive within 2 days.

What are there shipping charges and taxes?
Shipping charges are based on the number of plants purchased. We also pay the taxes.

Am I able to get a refund if I am unsatisfied?
Should any product purchased from www.highsierranursery.com be found to be faulty, damaged in transit, or differing from the description given, we will offer you either a full refund or replacement of the product.  Returns or exchanges are accepted up to 7 days after delivery.   Shipping charges are nonrefundable.
